The Lookout Lodge is an ideal Wanaka accommodation venue for business retreats, conferences, sports groups, or family groups and friends visiting from out of town. The lodge comfortably handles accommodation and living space for groups between 10 and 20+ people. The surrounding landscape and easy indoor/outdoor living space enhances the spacious feeling of the lodge, while providing a stunning backdrop.

Spacious, but private lodge accommodation

The 5,000-square-foot lodge is spaciously designed so that individuals will feel they have plenty of room for privacy, yet at the same time it is easy enough to come together for large group meals or discussions. The Lookout Lodge has 6 bedrooms upstairs and one private bedroom downstairs. Guest rooms upstairs include 4 family rooms (king bed plus a bunk) and rooms with two sets of bunks in each.  The upstairs has two large bathrooms. Each bathroom has 3 showers, two sinks and two toilets.

Self catering and other lodge amenities

The kitchen is designed to be user friendly for guests to cook for their large families or guests or for a professional to cater. It has a walk in refrigerator and a large pantry. There are commercial sterilizers, a commercial stove and range, an extractor fan and spacious kitchen benches. The dining area is set up with oversized tables that can each seat 14 people. The lodge also has a desktop computer, a soccer table, sky TV, DVD player and stereo.

Close to Wanaka but surrounded by farms

Lookout Lodge is only 12 Km from Wanaka, and is nestled in farm country so has a relaxed feeling of being away from it all.
